Chesley Brown is excited to introduce our newest Associate Vice President Bryan Taylor. Bryan has been with Chesley Brown for over 15 years! His leadership and dedication to our clients has made Bryan an indispensable member of our family. Congratulations Bryan!

What is your role at Chesley Brown — how do you help clients?

Associate Vice President – I believe the best way to help our clients is to make sure you have regular communications with them as well as the Chesley Brown International employees in the field to make sure everything is going well and up to standards. I also believe that no two clients are the same, I like to manage every project as if it were an in-house program. I take pride in building relationships with all of our clients and care about their success as well. I believe we are a team with our clients and approach business that way.

You’ve been with Chesley Brown for 15 years. Tell me about some things you’ve learned along the way.

I have learned a lot in 15 years, the biggest change in my professional life was learning to be successful you have to be willing to take chances, I have also learned a lot about team building and people skills. And, I truly learned the value of hard work, at Chesley Brown, a lot can be expected at times, but hard work and dedication are rewarded and most importantly appreciated.

What do you enjoy most about working here?

The team environment and professional friendships I have developed through the years. We work for great people who genuinely care about you and appreciate you. That is very rare in today’s workforce.

What is your proudest moment working at Chesley Brown?

I have had many personal moments I am proud of, however, I am most proud of the people who have worked for me, that are still with Chesley Brown and have climbed the ladder or have moved on to other rewarding careers that I had a hand in helping them along the way.

What did you do before you came to Chesley Brown?

I worked for another security company in Baltimore, Maryland and was the Director of Security assigned to the Zurich North America contract.

What do you do when you aren’t at work?

I am a varsity assistant girls soccer coach for our local school district, I also announce boys high school soccer. I have two children currently playing collegiate athletics as well, so usually I am at a soccer or softball field somewhere!

People are always surprised to learn that you…

are deathly afraid of Ferris wheels!

If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?

The ability to fly, because the older I get the more I hate traffic and sitting in the car!
