KANSAS CITY, MO (April 3, 2006) – Because of an exclusive advisory system developed by Chesley Brown International, Inc., a leader in the security management industry, usage of a stolen credit card was stopped almost immediately after tenants were notified of the situation. A credit card was stolen from a patron at one of the Plaza’s restaurants today. Once security officers were apprised of the situation, an officer, in Chesley Brown’s national command center, immediately sent notification to all Plaza tenants, advising them of the situation through S.A.M. (Security Advisory Messenger), which was developed exclusively by Chesley Brown for their clients. Within minutes of the advisory security was contacted by a retailer, who was able to give a description of the car the alleged thieves left in and the direction they were heading. Our security officers notified the Kansas City Police to follow-up. “Gone are the days when it could take hours to make tenants aware of the issues that concern them,” states Brent C.
