ATLANTA, GA (February 22, 2006)- Chesley Brown International, Inc., a world class leader in the security management industry, today announced its continued and increased involvement with the Department of Homeland Security and recognizes one of their own, Joe Couch, as a certified instructor affiliated with the National Domestic Preparedness Consortium and Texas A&M University.
As noted by Brent Brown, President of Chesley Brown International, “We are very proud to have Joe Couch, one of our own Directors, actively involved with the Department of Homeland Security utilizing his expertise to instruct courses in Enhanced Risk Threat Assessments (ETRA) designed for federal, state, and local government officials. We have long recognized the need for continuous training to stay abreast of new security issues affecting our clients and we regularly have our personnel, including officers, directors and corporate staff attend courses pertinent to our nation’s emergency response efforts.”
A number of Chesley Brown key personnel members have just recently completed the standardized Weapons of Mass Destruction awareness training course instructed by the Georgia Office of Homeland Security – Georgia Emergency Management Agency (OHS-GEMA).
